Orange Switzerland is easily the absolute WORST mobile provider on the market.
Their coverage is dismal.
Their customer service is unresponsive, unhelpful and disinterested in their customers.
Their 3G coverage is roughly non-existent and at best unreliable.
They make constant billing errors.
Resolving problems requires at least 5 phone calls and an exchange of 10 emails- and their clients need to repeat this exercise on a monthly basis.
Their web-based service is roughly web 0.7alpha.
In short- go to Swisscom- there is a reason they are the biggest!
